Mental Game?

Day 27 for me! Super-excited! So all of the sudden I am starting to have lots of cravings. I am still sticking to my three paleo meals a day. Could it be a mental game I am playing with myself knowing that my 30 days is almost up?? I have been trying to add a few new things in so I don't think it's boredom with my food.

I think it is a mental game at the end-it's like "Yeah! I did it! Woohoo! I get to celebrate! I can eat....." and then panic sets in! What will I re-introduce? Will I re-introduce anything? What if I go off the deep end and go whole hog and, and, and, and....

You've done a great job! Pat yourself on the back and PLAN for the upcoming days. What do you want your post whole30 life to look like? I'm someone who needs a plan-I do much better with structure and organization. So that's my recommendation for you in the coming days.
