Round 2: Whole30 Health

So, I did my first Whole30 in September with a gym and while I felt weak and tired the first 2 weeks (I wasn't eating enough), I felt great by the end of it.  I looked good (skin and body) and felt good.  Since then, I've dealt with bloating, heartburn and a return of abdominal spasms (IBS) when eating dairy, grains, and excessive sugar.  I tried to do the program again in January and made it a week.  It's hard for me to keep on track without a support system.  I've been successful in the past with weight loss and nutrition when I do it with a group but I'm going to try again.  Tomorrow is clean out the kitchen day and shopping.  Sunday will be day one and food prep.  Wish me luck!
