Successful whole 30, but miss the heavenly sleep

What's different now than when you were doing W30? Are you still focusing on three template meals? Have you added in dairy or grains? Are you eating more of something W30 approved but that might be causing you issues, like more nuts/nut butterd/nut flours?

I'm not sure exactly what part causes good sleep or if it's just the whole thing working together.
