My First Whole 30

This is my first whole 30. I cleaned out my cupboards yesterday and took all unopened foods that are non compliant to the food bank. I did a 10 day sugar detox a couple of weeks ago so i'm feeling ready for this. Noticed a huge difference in aches and pains and bloating while on the previous detox. I believe dairy is a problem for me so wanted to go with this program. And, nuts are a binge food for me so i really need to watch that. I'm set to start today....any support, tips, encouragement will be appreciated. Thanks everyone
