Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 16, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 16, 2015 Popcorn is corn and therefore not allowed. Almond butter is okay, but be sure there's nothing in it that isn't allowed on whole30. Even in the grind it yourself things, the almonds could be roasted in non compliant oils, or they could be sweetened with honey or other sweeteners. Moderators Tom Denham Posted February 16, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 16, 2015 What you are wanting to eat is a far cry from what you need to be eating. The Whole30 is a time to practice eating meat, veggies, and fat in well-composed meals and to avoid snacking and snack-type foods.
