Homemade Popcorn

Im wondering if I can have home made popcorn. Obviously not the kind from a bag, but where i put the kernels in a pot with olive oil. I didnt know if it counts as corn or not please help!!! I'm having a craving! 

 

 

 

Also is almond butter alright? like the kind you make yourself at a healthfood store?

Popcorn is corn and therefore not allowed.

Almond butter is okay, but be sure there's nothing in it that isn't allowed on whole30. Even in the grind it yourself things, the almonds could be roasted in non compliant oils, or they could be sweetened with honey or other sweeteners.

What you are wanting to eat is a far cry from what you need to be eating. The Whole30 is a time to practice eating meat, veggies, and fat in well-composed meals and to avoid snacking and snack-type foods.
