What do you normally have?

If it's usually hot dogs and such -- you can actually find compliant hot dogs or sausages. Try Applegate Farms and Aidell's brands (not all things in either brand are compliant, but each have some) and there may be others. You can bake potatoes in a fire (obviously, where that says butter, use ghee or coconut oil or some other compliant oil). I'm guessing that might work for sweet potatoes too.

Maybe research if you can do shish kabobs? I'm sure you should be able to, I'm just not sure how you make sure meat gets done enough without turning the veggies to charcoal.

MeadowLily has already thoroughly beaten the shish kebab drum (AND made me hungry with all those photos!). I would add one tip - I have better luck cooking shish kebabs when I make all-meat skewers & all-veg skewers. This lets you cook the meat longer without charcoaling the veggies.
