I'm jealous that your husband is going to do it with you - mine is a veggie hater and will never give up his bread. While I ate my meat and veggies last night he had a delicious-looking grilled cheese sandwich on french bread (and I am the one with aching joints, insomnia, and depression - NO FAIR!) My husband agreed to go along with the W30 program to support me and he fared so well, he's adamant about eating Paleo forever. He's 71 and takes no medication. This is a man who ate Cherrios w/sugar and milk every morning, bologna sandwiches every day for lunch, and ice cream as a TV snack every evening. For years and years. My husband is looking very afraid and keeps asking why we need these things. I may have an unwilling accomplice but since I do all the cooking for everyone all the time he's in!
