Got lots of great whole foods. Came home for a late afternoon lunch. I was hungry. There was frozen pizza. I ate some. It sucked. I've been bloated all night. And thirsty. Lesson learned. Tomorrow is another day! Measurements today: Bust 46.75 Ribcage 41 Waist 45 Stomach 47 Rear 46.75 Thigh 27.5 Arm 13.25 Will measure again on March 20. leaann5 Posted February 22, 2015 Author Share Posted February 22, 2015 Today was insane! I decided to go to a Zumbathon for a local high school. I had a clean breakfast and set on my way. Two hours of nonstop Zumba! I did TWO HOURS of Zumba! Then I was starving. I dashed into a grocery store and scanned the deli. I found a grilled chicken breast and a chef salad. I took my food to a friend's house to eat since my house is 30 minutes away and I still had stops to make. Pulled the cheese and ham off my salad and went to town. When I finally made it home I found an altar of chocolate chip cookies that my daughter had made waiting for me. I ate two. I figured if you can't eat two cookies after two hours of zumba then when can you? Had a clean dinner and lots of water today! Feeling fabulous!!! Ate on track today except for two chocolate chip cookies and seven pieces of candy corn that I'm not even sure why I ate. Not feeling good about that. leaann5 Posted March 21, 2015 Author Share Posted March 21, 2015 Ah, another month gone. I've been eating clean this month about 80% of the time. I've let myself indulge a little (mostly sugar). The couple of times that I've had bread I felt bloated and sleepy, so that has completely lost it's appeal. Last measurements were: Bust 46.75 Ribcage 41 Waist 45 Stomach 47 Rear 46.75 Thigh 27.5 Arm 13.25 Today: Bust 46.25 ribcage 40.5 waist 44.5 stomach 46 rear 45.75 thigh 27 arm 13 calf 16.75 Planning on starting another whole 30 after school is out for summer.
