Although this is Day 1 of my second Whole30, it is the first time that I've posted on this forum. I decided to commit in a stronger way this time around, and using this forum is one way I can insure even better results. During my first Whole30, I experienced great success. I felt fantastic, discovered some delicious Whole30 approved recipes, and lost 12 pounds. I am diving back in again but committing to 60 days. My goal is to permanently change my unhealthy relationship with food, forever.


I enjoy reading posts from the Whole 30 community and look forward to learning more from all of you.
