I found the first week challenging, then bam all of a sudden you realise that you don't care about any of it anymore. At least that's what's happening with me. I'm on day 27. barbara1978 Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 It does get easier--the first week is pretty tough and it goes uphill from there. I am on day 42 of a whole 45 and I have had valentines chocolate in my fridge for weeks now (that is my favorite treat food) and I don't even think about it--that would have never happened before.
