EmilyK
So, I know it's ideal to eat M1 within an hour of waking. On weekdays, I generally do not have much time prior to leaving for work--wake up about 6:20, and out the door at 7. Even when I can manage to get up and moving a little earlier, there does not seem to be time (or appetite!) to eat before I leave the house. I've been eating M1 when I arrive at my office, around 7:45-8:00 AM. I'm finding myself getting hungry during my commute, and I guess I'm just not sure if what I'm doing is "okay". I have found that, since beginning the program, my sleep has self-regulated wonderfully. I'm falling asleep naturally at 10:30-11:00, and am waking without an alarm around 6-6:15. I'm not sure that going to sleep/waking earlier is the proper answer to this for me, but I do know that eating in my window at home before I have to leave the house is not really possible right now. Are there any suggestions for this? Or is eating within 90 minutes of waking or so okay, and I can just stay the course for now?
Carlaccini
You might want to eat something before having a full M1 at the office. Egg muffins are great to grab and go (and also great to make ahead) and possibly a thermos/coffee travel mug of pureed veg soup to sip on the way in.
