Days 2 & 3 - What does it mean if I don't feel bad at all?

I am on Day Three, and I still feel fine.  No cravings, no headaches, no "hang overs", I'm hungry when I should be and satisfied after I eat a decent amount.

 

Is there something wrong?  I am following all the rules, so I don't think I'm doing it wrong...

It doesn't mean anything that you aren't feeling badly, rejoice!

 

It could be that your adjustment is coming in the next couple days, it could be that your diet wasn't so terrible before making this change, it could be that your meals are perfectly balanced to the template and to your context.
