Well today I had the day off work so I: Roasted some cashew nuts I accidentally bought raw Clarified butter to use for all of my cooking today Made burger patties out of beef mince, an egg and spices Baked up chicken breasts Made Whole30 compliant ketchup: http://feedthedud.blogspot.co.nz/2012/01/cave-ketchup-from-paleo-comfort-foods.html Sauteed spinach Made said spinach into savory egg muffins Stir-fried assorted veges Made cauliflower rice: http://theclothesmakethegirl.com/2014/03/25/roasted-cauliflower-rice/ Roast a leg of lamb and more veges Boxed up ready-to-go meals from all the food I cooked! Feeling very proud of myself! I also took my "before" pictures and measurements today, as I hadn't had a chance before now. Everything tastes so good!
