bmarie Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 Greetings! I will be starting tomorrow (Monday, March 2nd) and am nervous/excited! This is my first time doing this program, and I am in my third trimester of pregnancy with child #2! I go back and forth between thinking I am crazy to be doing this right now, and knowing I NEED to do this right now. I have had a difficult pregnancy this time, compared to my first. I have had SO much fatigue, heartburn, ligament pain, acne, weight gain, headaches, sugar cravings- you name it. I really want my body to feel stronger and more capable for delivery, and to be able to bounce back quickly. Not to mention give my baby the best nutrition possible now and during breastfeeding!
