What's the best oil for cooking with high heat?

One more to add! I use avocado oil for high heat cooking. It has a relatively neutral flavour and it has a high smoke point. Great for sauteeing and stir frying. The only downside is that it is on the pricey side.

You might also try refined coconut oil. I can find Spectrum Naturals brand refined coconut oil at my regular grocery store and at the natural foods store, for instance. Refined coconut oil is fine on Whole30 and it has no coconut taste.
