Hemp seeds, Chia seeds etc..

Corn is out. No corn on a Whole30, as it's a grain - no grains on a Whole30. Review the rules where this is spelled out.

Hemp and chia seeds are ok as fat sources, but recommended in limited quantities only. This is covered in the Can I Have Guide.

Something to consider: if you have stomach issues, nuts and seeds may not be your friends.
