A few years ago I became Paleo (via the advice of my kettlebell instructor) and went down 3 sizes. I felt better than ever! In my whole life! I've slowly but surely cheat day'd and drank my way back up a size or two, so I'm doing the Whole30 for a hard reset. I'm ready to feel freaking awesome again! Here we go! Day 2, so far so good, even if i did eat 2 handfuls of raw nuts already... :/

I started this morning.  The  Whole30 Daily suggested starting a new Day One Thread, but there were so many posts on starting out - with no replies!

 

I liked yours!  I want to feel awesome!

 

Basically, eat how I always ate, only without dairy, sugar and grains.  Sounds easy.
