lindalindalinda Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 A few years ago I became Paleo (via the advice of my kettlebell instructor) and went down 3 sizes. I felt better than ever! In my whole life! I've slowly but surely cheat day'd and drank my way back up a size or two, so I'm doing the Whole30 for a hard reset. I'm ready to feel freaking awesome again! Here we go!
