Day 1 (3/1/2015)

 

Meal 1:

sweet potato hash cooked with ghee, onions and sugar-free bacon

fried egg

 

Meal 2: 

salad with artichokes, avocado, lemon vinaigrette dressing

(note: meal 1 was pretty late, so meal 2 was light)

 

Meal 3:

parsnip noodles with shrimp and cashew cream sauce

 

 

 

 

Day 2:

 

Meal 1: 

two eggs scrambled in ghee, with spinach, green peppers and tomatoes, kalua pig

matcha

 

Meal 2: 

tandoori grilled chicken breast 

roasted cauliflower with apples and bacon

orange

 

snack: 

avocado 

baby carrots

(Note: need to have something with protein on hand when I get this late afternoon snack attack at work)

 

Meal 3: 

huge salad with Tessemae's ranch dressing

two salmon cakes

Day 3

 

Meal 1:

two scrambled eggs (in ghee) with spinach, jalepenos, green pepper and kalua pig

 

Meal 2:

tandoori chicken breast

roasted cauliflower with apples and bacon

 

I'm exhausted right now...

 

Snack:

almonds

portion of chicken breast

tons of baby carrots when I got home...ugh, lots of snacking, but I'm PMSing. A week ago, this would have been 10 bite size Snickers.   :)

 

Meal 3:

chocolate chili topped with avocado, green onions

Day 4

 

Meal 1

3 eggs cooked in ghee with spinach

 

Meal 2

tandoori chicken

roasted cauliflower with apple and bacon

 

Snack

almonds

 

Meal 3

2 bacon wrapped scallops

2 sausage stuffed mushrooms

garden salad with chicken, olive oil and vinegar

 

We went out for dinner, and the restaurant was nice enough to prepare the mushroom stuffing without the parmesan cheese...there was plenty of flavor without it!

Day 5

 

Meal 1

3 eggs scrambled with spinach and jalapeños and ghee

 

Meal 2

Big salad from the work salad bar with chicken, Tessemae's dressing, an a small avocado

 

Meal 3

Nom Nom Paleo's garbage stir fry - curried ground beef with cabbage

Day 6

 

Meal 1

2 scrambled eggs with peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms

green tea

 

Meal 2

salad bar salad with a piece of seared salmon and Tessemae's lemon dressing

some almonds

 

Meal 3

spaghetti squash with italian meat sauce
