I will start my whole 30 tomorrow. I'm also eliminating eggs so finding breakfast options without grain dairy or eggs will be a new challenge for me. I'm looking for some weight loss but more importantly a decrease in the number of flats from the multiple sclerosis. Hope all goes according to plan tomorrow. See ya'll on the flip side!

Welcome! It may help to think of your meals as meal 1, 2 and 3. this will help you no longer associate certain food types with a specific meal, like eggs for breakfast. You just eat for your first meal anything you would eat at midday or in the evening. Leftovers are a great way to start :) just follow the template, and you'll be fine! Good luck on your journey...
