I am working out every day at fitness for 1-1,5 hour at evening, usualy at 8 oclock and I get home at 10 or 11 at night. I'm pretty full after the lunch, which I have after school (4 oclock) and before I go to the fitness, I'm fine, so I can't eat anything but after that, at night, I'm a hungry. I always have just some tea and sometimes a half of protein bar right after workout. But I need to know if it's really so bad to eat some eggs or something at evening in my situation. missmary Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 The recommendation for post workout is to eat some lean protein, and possibly some starchy carbs like sweet potato.
