Rachael's Whole30 Log - March 2015

I wasn't prepared very well to start this Whole30, threw together what I could for breakfast and lunch and plan on doing much better after a grocery run tonight!

 

Tuesday, March 3rd - DAY 1

 

Breakfast:

Trader Joe's Applesauce Crusher - 1 pouch

Starbucks Sumatra Drip Coffee - 8 ounces

 

Lunch:

Trader Joe's Chicken Sausage - 1 link

Blueberries - 20 berries

Yellow bell pepper strips - 1/2 bell pepper

Trader Joe's Sparkling Mineral Water - 18 ounces
