poppypops Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Only third day in. Feeling terrible. Really really tired. Dragging myself around the house. I am finding it hard to fill myself up to stop feeling hungry but would rather feel hungry than eat anymore meat. I hope I feel better soon. I know it's mostly the lack of caffeine (I am trying to kick this for other health reasons). I am also on a restricted diet for my interstial cystitis (but had lapsed because it was not very successful) so I am now trying this alongside the IC diet.
