We are both pretty healthy and eat well for the most part, but after reading It Starts With Food we decided to make some changes. We are excitedc but day 4 has been a tough one for me. bookworm05 Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 So how's everyone's day _ doing? I'm on day 5 right now and I just had to sit through an entire meeting with m&ms in hand. I was really aware of the texture for some reason. I wasn't craving the flavour, I was craving that crunch followed by that chocolatey goodness. But I made it and I threw them out. The one thing that is the trickiest is shopping for foods. It's amazing how sneaky those food producers are!! I'm finding sneaky sugars all over the place. I am very happy I am still going strong!!
