Over the last few weeks, my not-so-great eating habits seem to be taking a toll on my body. Weight gain, tiredness, stomach/gi issues and more. Tonight, I tried on some Spring clothes only to find they don't fit. All of that coupled with wedding stress (getting married Sept. 12) and work stress had me searching for something (not Weight Watchers - they made me think an avocado was evil but they're processed foods were great) to feel and look better. Then I stumbled upon the Whole30 program. I'm headed to a work conference in DC later this week so have decided to set next Saturday, March 14 as my start date. I'll be ending this 30 day round just in time for my 42nd bday.

Your advice, support and encouragement are greatly appreciated!

Best of luck to all of you currently in or about to start your Whole30 Day journey. Let's do this!

Hello - You are embarking on an experience that will change your life.  Congratulations and good luck!  I did the Whole30 last Feb/Mar & it changed my life.  I'm so happy my friend introduced me to it.  I read the book "It Starts with Food" two times now.  I am a big fan of all things Whole30.  I am on day 3 of doing another Whole30.  I eat completely differently now than I did in the past.  Eggs are now my favorite breakfast!  My advice to you would be to NEVER GIVE UP!  You will be so happy you went through with this on day 31.  Give yourself this gift.  It is so worth it.  I wanted the change so bad that I loved my first Whole30.  I felt great & got back to early morning workouts since I was sleeping so well & not doing bad things like drinking wine on a daily basis.  Best of luck to you!  I truly hope that you go through with a "honest" Whole30!  You won't regret it!!!!
