cjm0014
Keep it up, Cort. At the end of the day, I journal, post, whatever, about my food. If I've done well, I sign off with "Keep it up, Cort". If not, "Keep your chin up, Cort", or sometimes still the former. Because the fact that I'm still posting and journalling, even after a seemingly life altering binge/ panic attack/ what have you means that I'm still here, breathing, trying. I think I am going to do another whole30 soon. I've suffered mightily with Bulimia, EDNOS, BED, depression, anxiety, headaches, chronic inflammation, and a crushed spirit and broken dreams. Diet has more to do with all of that than I'd like to admit sometimes. I have done a whole30 before and it was life changing. It is time again. I haven't decided when I am going to start, sometime soon. But I'm here, and I'm not going to give up on me yet. God is good and this life was meant to be abundant. I want to live it free. Keep it up, Cort.

AmyS
Hooray!!! Note: if you need a snack between meals 2 and 3, make it a mini-meal featuring protein and fat. You deserve it. Keep it up Cort! (That's me there, jumping up and down obnoxiously, with pom-poms.)
