I don't know what to do! I've been doing good on my Whole30, today is actually my day 3, but today at lunch I enjoyed 2 links of turkey sausage and it wasn't until later that I realized the dextrose in them was actually sugar! (I know, how can I be so naive?) But at this point I'm not sure if I should keep going or start over from day 1.


Any advice??

I love how you are tackling this project head-on, and writing out specific, measurable goals. I also love your "for when I'm tempted" list - I think if more people did this, fewer would fall off the wagon early on. Good for you, keep us posted.
