hjuliea
I am a pesceatarian following Whole30 (started 3/1/15). Since I don't eat meat, protein sources on the Whole30 plan are very limited. Even with eating some form of fish with at least two meals a day, I still often do not consume sufficient protein. I have used Whey Protein (Jarrow) in the past (typically in smoothies) to make sure I am getting enough protein, but in looking at the ingredients, I am sure what I have is not Whole30 compliant. I found an organic, natural whey powder (www.raworganicwhey.com). but want to make sure it is Whole30 compliant before I buy it. Any feedback anyone can provide is greatly appreciated. GFChris
The different Whole30 plans are not designed to be combined. Either follow the Whole30 ominvore plan as a pescatarian (no whey allowed) or follow the vegetarian Whole30 with no fish, meat, etc., and where grass fed organic whey is allowed.
