Gryanduck
totally forgot peas weren't compliant. Ate about 20 in a dish that was otherwise compliant. I've read rules about starting over, but it wasn't beer or pizza or anything. It was peas. Otherwise healthy peas. Thoughts?
GFChris
The rule is eating off plan food calls for a restart. Read this for further context and decide your next steps:http://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/
Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 9, 2015 Moderators Share Posted March 9, 2015 You think peas are healthy. They might not be a problem for you, but some people have serious problems with peas. If you are one of those people, you can't figure it out unless you stay away from them and then reintroduce after your gut is fully healed. One reason the Whole30 really works is we don't let you guess about what works for you and what does not. We ask you to do a real elimination of all possible trouble makers and then reintroduce one at a time after 30 days.
MeadowLily
I've always thought canned vegetables had zero life force...until this happened. I've never forgotten it. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/197623.php
