After doing one Whole 30 and one Whole 54 I have discovered a few things.

1. I don't seem to have any FWOB on the plan. Off is another whole story. Chips, candy, cookies etc.

2. Dairy gives me gas and grains make my joints hurt.

3. I like this plan! I need to stay on it and really limit any off roading.
