Starting Today (March 9, 2015)

Hi! I am new around here and this is my first rodeo, so I'm pretty clueless but also excited. ^.^ Um, let's see, I already eat fairly clean (I'd say about 80/20, maybe 70/30 on a bad day) and I try to walk a lot and hoop as much as possible.

I'm looking forward to trying this out! I'm doing it with my mom, so it should be easier to stay on track because I live with her, so she can pep talk me if I need it (and vice-versa).
