AmandaT
I started my very first Whole 30 today. I was super careful while food shopping yesterday, and I meal prepped for the first few days. I felt really good going into this, until I realized that along with my fully compliant breakfast, I had about 10 oz. of a Yogi tea that contains Stevia leaf. As soon as I realized I stopped drinking it. Do I need to start over tomorrow?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

AmandaT
Hi Tom, Thank you for directing me to that article. I'm going to start over with tomorrow being my official 'Day 1,' but I'm going to continue to eat the compliant meals I prepped for today. I don't see any reason to jump off the bandwagon just because today isn't officially my first day anymore. Thank you!

AmyS
I'll never forget popping a cough drop in my mouth at the end of Day One of my very first Whole30. Aaaaaaaggghhh!! Fortunately, 31 days was no harder than 30. Well done, you!
