3/9 Day 1

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and ghee. Side of strawberries and sweet potatoe hash

Lunch: Beef patty, 1/2 avacado, roasted sweet potatoes (small amount) and a side salad. Salad has handful of cut up grapes, a few cashews, romaine and spinach. A little EVOO as dressing

Supper: Zoodles with homemade spaghetti sauce, ground turkey, mushrooms and onions

Today was alot like yesterday. I did make a few little tweaks but luckily I like what I like. I am going home to visit for a few days so I am a little nervous for that!

Lunch: Shredded chicken salad with a handful of cut up grapes, a few cashews, kale and spinach. A little EVOO as dres

Supper: Zoodles with homemade spaghetti sauce, ground turkey, mushrooms and onions
