Today is the first day of my second Whole30! I am a college student in Charlotte and recently completed a Whole30 in January. I felt great, but after a month of "trying" to be healthy but binge-eating on emotional days, I know that I need to go back to the program. Since my first Whole30, I have begun going to the gym at least every-other day, running and lifting weights. I intend to keep this up and hope that my Whole30 goes even better because of my more active lifestyle. I'm going to be posting on here because I think one of the only ways I can stick with it is if I'm kept accountable, so anyone with advice or who just wants to talk about Whole30 I welcome!

Hey Alex!

 

I think we are about the same age with about the same problems! I love the whole30 way of life and feel GREAAAAT on the program but I struggle with letting myself binge when I am non whole30!

 

I've done quite a few, so let me know if you have any questions. I did one my senior year of college so I understand the struggles!
