totalbeckymove Posted March 15, 2015 Share Posted March 15, 2015 Day one has begun for me! Made a delicious breakfast of: 3 scrambled eggs, kale, and red bell pepper. I also had some blueberries and a cup of peppermint tea! Feeling great (so far)! Tons of energy!How's everyone else feeling? Tell me about your day 1's! Lrob226 Posted March 15, 2015 Share Posted March 15, 2015 Your breakfast sounds great!! So far my Day 1 has been a good one. I've food prepped for the week so I don't cave when Im "hangry" at work! My fridge is stocked full of prepped and cooked veggies, clean protein and Whole30 mayo. I can tell my body is craving some quick energy carbs like bread or sugar.
