Day 1, anyone?

Your breakfast sounds great!!  So far my Day 1 has been a good one.  I've food prepped for the week so I don't cave when Im "hangry" at work! My fridge is stocked full of prepped and cooked veggies, clean protein and Whole30 mayo. 


I can tell my body is craving some quick energy carbs like bread or sugar.  I know that feeling will pass....hopefully sooner than later!    :)
