I'm on Day 20 on my first Whole 30

Today is day 20 for me and I feel great! But lots of my friends who have completed several Whole 30s are now asking me about what I'm going to do next... :unsure:

 

I'm getting so nervous because my program are almost over and I don't want to lost this wonderful light feeling. I'm thinking about just staying on because this is a lot easier than worrying about what will happen to me after the 30 days are over.

 

Anybody ever felt like this and what did you do?

Lots of people feel this way. You might find this article about the "slow roll" style of reintroduction helpful, and if you go to the main Whole30.com page and click "I finished my Whole30," you'll find a lot of resources there to help you decide more about what life after Whole30 might look like for you. I especially like the Dear Melissa: How do you eat series.

 

Do have a plan of some kind though, whether it's the slow roll reintros or the more standard introduce something new every few days reintroductions or something else entirely that makes sense for you. Without a plan, it would be easy to fall back into old habits, especially when something stressful happens in your life.
