Question on Legumes

So I'm about to start my reintroduction and was going to start with legumes.  I am not a big bean person on a whole, though I definitely love sushi and with going out I know I will be exposed to soy.  Should I just do a focus then on soy only for my legume day?  Not to say I'm never going to eat any other beans again as I'm sure I would but it would be probably like once a year so I don't see the point of reintroducing them.  Also, if I do just soy, what would be a good way to intro that?  I can really only think of edamame and maybe cooking with some vegetable oil.
