Allison B Posted March 18, 2015 Share Posted March 18, 2015 My husband and I are on Day 17 of our first Whole 30. Unfortunately, he cheated today and ate a breakfast sandwich with cheese and an english muffin. I am still going strong and plan to continue. He also decided to weigh himself and he discovered he lost 20 lbs! I motivated myself to keep going by trying on some of my skinnier pants. My "fat pants" are now too big and almost slip completely off and my pants that are 1 to 2 sizes smaller are fitting perfectly! Yay! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Every single day you chose to nourish your body with whole foods is a choice and an investment in you. Great job finding a motivating go-to (trying on your "healthier you" pants) to help get you past a tough spot and remind you of your journey.
