Beyondthis
I'm 24f and am on day 18. For the past week I've been nothing but exhausted all the time, wanting to go to bed at 9, and feeling a bit weak. I've had to break out an emergency larabar two mornings this week. I'm also afraid all the fruit my husband and I have been eating is probably messing with the change to using other things for energy. We have at least 1 banana plus strawberries, kiwis, apple, pear, grapes or pineapple every day. I've been trying to have a mini meal for snack instead but it's tricky to do at work. Beyondthis
I was also eating LOADS of nuts but since reading that it could contribute to bloating I've significantly reduced to a small handful once every few days.
Carlaccini
Hi There, Yes - that is a lot of fruit. Are you able to post a couple of day worth of meals here + water + activity levels so we might help you troubleshoot?

Hmmm...so in a day and a half you've eaten 3 nak'd bars, 2 apples, a pear, 2 bananas and a fruit salad. That is quite a lot of sugar and more often you are having it alone rather than within a main meal which is going to spike your blood sugar over and over leading to feeling tired, lethargic and possibly bloated. I would recommend you review the meal template (linked in my signature below) and work on making each meal fit. You want to get about 4-5 hours between meals. Your meals actually look good, content wise but need to be larger. More protein, added fat and more veggies. The way you know your meals are not large enough is whether or not you have this urge to snack or are feeling hungry in between. It seems you can probably answer yes on both accounts.
