Day 30

I came to Whole30 for an Eating Plan for Lent. I wanted to give a few things up, and this looked like a good plan.

On Day 30, I am 9 pounds lighter and I have lost an inch around my waist. I am wearing one size smaller jeans.

I am in this for Lent, so I am following this Eating Plan until Easter. I will probably stick with it for another two or three weeks after that to reach a specific goal.

I am sleeping better and I was calmer for the first few weeks. Now I am in the middle of a very unexpected move. STRESS. The weight loss has been really encouraging in the middle of the stress. I had been gaining 10 pounds a year, so this is a nice change. :)
