Day 4 - normal to have full GI ache?

I'm not sure exactly what you're describing, but some folks do report some digestive distress as their bodies adjust to Whole30 eating. If you'd like some troubleshooting tips, post a couple of days' worth of meals, water intake, exercise, sleep, stress levels, and any other relevant information. It might also help to know how different Whole30 is from how you ate before.
