kristinmh80
Does that mean I have to start over?
Tina R
No, accidental sugar doesn't require a restart. Yeah!
kristinmh80
Good answer Tina R! I have zero desire to eat sugar unless it's it the form of wine anyway! Haha
Administrators ladyshanny Posted March 22, 2015 Administrators Share Posted March 22, 2015 Tina is right, "accidental" sugar is not necessarily a cause for restart (check the link in my signature for our "start over" article). Neglecting to read labels isn't necessarily accidental, it's one of the crucial aspects of the Whole30. Those labels can getcha, watch out! rizzo0904
My black coffee I ordered today came with cream and sugar...ugh. That was a surprising sip.
Justine0207
I was at a bar last night for live music with my roommate. I ordered club soda with lime. The waitress brought it over and I took a sip. Almost puked when I realized it was a vodka soda. Thanks, lady...
