Missmarie Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 I am starting my first Whole 30 April 5th - May 5th. I have done a paleo diet before, but with dairy included. I'm not naturally an organised person, I quickly worked out if I'm not organised, it means spending all day and night in the kitchen. So plan, prep and cook in bulk, it will save your sanity.
