I am about to up my training a bit and wondering if anyone has sold pre workout suggestions for 1/2 marathon training? I am used to working out fasted, so eating before is new to me. Physibeth Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 What you are doing sounds fine to me. If you feel like you need more food before a longer run you could add a 2nd egg. As you up your training make sure you are getting enough starchy vegetables later in the day after your runs to ensure you replenish your glycogen stores.
