Half marathon training pre workout question

Hi, I am on day 18 of my first whole 30.  I have been eating an egg for my pre workout.  I am about to up my training a bit and wondering if anyone has sold pre workout suggestions for 1/2 marathon training?  I am used to working out fasted, so eating before is new to me.  I have noticed it has helped with my afternoon cravings.  Thanks

What you are doing sounds fine to me. If you feel like you need more food before a longer run you could add a 2nd egg. As you up your training make sure you are getting enough starchy vegetables later in the day after your runs to ensure you replenish your glycogen stores.
