Which menu item?

I think that one is probably the best out of the "healthy lifestyle" section. You'd need to have them hold the cheese and I would maybe ask what all is in the vinaigrette. All of the others seem to have a grain as a big portion, and I'd be worried if you took out that grain portion then you wouldn't have enough to eat, but since the scallops come with a salad, that probably won't be an issue.


If you want an appetizer, the sashimi menu (tuna, salmon, hamachi) should all be okay as long as you don't dip it in soy sauce.
