NickiSwanson
I am participating in a whole30 sponsored by my employer. We got a quick overview guide and it had a recipe for whole30 all purpose veggie sauce. I made it and the recipe made a ton, but now I'm not sure what to do with it. Suggestions? AmyS
What is this sauce? Can you just use it on your veggies until you use it up? How much is a ton?
jmcbn
Freeze it in usable quantities so you can use as and when you fancy it?
AmandaT
I agree with jmcbn...freeze it if you can! Also, find new ways to use it, aside from a topping for your veggies. Could you stir a bit into soup? What about eating it over eggs? Add it into salad dressing? I made a pesto-like sauce (parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, drained/rinsed capers, and olive oil) a few weeks ago and I've been using it on everything.
