Missed a meal - start again? Weekend troubles...

I am reasonably ok during the week to eat my first meal early on. But on the weekend I sometimes forget... For exapmle I got up this morning, chatted with my friends in Europe, then my daughter called for an hour and I was just enjoying a relaxing Sunday morning and all of the sudden it is 11am and I missed breakfast.


I think I will get used to changing it with time, but do I have to start again, when I miss a meal?
