mudpuddle
Crud, how did I not catch that corn is not compliant? Last night, day three, I had corn as my vegetable and this morning I read that it's not allowed :-(. Thankfully I'm only starting Day 4 so I guess I'm starting over. I highly recommend that you buy the book as opposed to downloading it on Kindle so you can tag pages, highlight and flip back and forth. I'm worried now that I might have overlooked something else of importance.

Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 30, 2015 Moderators Share Posted March 30, 2015 Of course you can learn a lot by reading the book, but you can achieve a perfect Whole30 by reading through the rules several times to get them firmly rooted in your mind. And the rules are here immediately and for free: http://whole30.com/downloads/official-whole30-program-rules.pdf
