swalker
I see tons of guac recipes, but what do you eat it with/on since we can't have chips?
GFChris
On top of a burger, chili, or pork, on grilled chicken, dunk raw veggies into it, mix with with mayo and make a dressing or sauce to drizzle on whatever you like.
MeadowLily
We eat it on our lettuce roll-ups filled with beef, chicken, pork, fish and all of the other condiments. Try it on top of omelettes or a baked potato, grilled fish, chicken. Eat it with/on top your roasted vegetables.
Maggiedoll
Put it on a fajita salad. Or any sort of salad. It's the best salad dressing ever.

Moderators ShannonM816 Posted March 31, 2015 Moderators Share Posted March 31, 2015 I eat it with a spoon sometimes. You can also use it in place of mayo in chicken salad or in deviled eggs.

I bought light olive oil specifically for making mayo... And now it's the end of day 30, and I never actually bothered to make it, because I never encountered any situation in which I would have preferred mayo to avocado or guacamole! I do this with tuna and chicken salad. Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE mayo, but guacamole tuna or guacamole chicken salad are pretty awesome too. I especially like to add some shredded carrot for color and crunch.
MeadowLily
Spackle the walls with it or use it for caulking material. That would be fun.
