Day 3/discouraged

I normally pride myself on being a very thorough and attentive person... However here I am one day 3 somehow just realizing that we're really supposed to eat 3 big meals (not including PWO meals) and limit snacking. Silly me-I've failed miserably. I'm hoping starting tomorrow I can increase the meal sizes that I'm eating and learn to eat three meals a day. I've gotten so used to "grazing" in my life and kinda eating all throughout the day!

Also the sweet urges are crazy! I only ever ate honey which I thought was "so" healthy, but it was basically just a substitute to keep my sweet tooth satisfied!

I also am realizing so much how much I've been eating according to my emotions-nothing else.

Boy, I have a long way to go! I'm excited for the journey.

It doesn't sound to me like you are failing miserably...it sounds like you have made quite a few revelations in these 3 days! If you haven't eaten off program foods then you are fine, just adjust your meals going forward...you got this!!!!
