XoLissyoX
I only have 194.00 dollars to spend each month on food....Let me explain before asking my question....I am a disabled individual fighting the Social Security admin for my benefits so in the mean while I receive food stamps but as a single person it isn't very much.....I also have no other money coming in.....so, my question is can I eat non organic or grass fed meats because Organic or grass fed is just to costly for my meager budget.....and the same question applies to my fruits and veggies for this program can I do non organic? GFChris
Yes you can. You may find this article helpful. Also, you may be inspired by this person who completed a Whole30 while on social security.
missmary
Yes. you can have great results on this program eating conventional meat and produce. It is possible to have a fantastic whole30 without any organics at all. Chris posted some great links. Do what you can do.
